ZP80-10 is a kind of rotary tablet press machine and mainly used to produce disinfetion tablets of large diameter, such as TCCA/chlorine tablets (sodium dichloroisocyanurate, trichloroisocyanuric aid), and also can produce granulate material or powder material from other chemical industries, electronic, pharmacy, food and ceramics into tablets.
Through mould changing, it also can produce the ring-shaped, ball-shaped and various kinds of tablets, but not suitable for wet or viscous material.
Main features
1, the mechanical driving part and the tabletting workroom are totally separated to prevent the crosscontamonation.
2, tabletting workroom is made of organic glass and can see the process of tabletting. And can prevent the bug dust contamination.
3, rotary tablet is made of special cast iron. The surface is superficially titanium and with a good performance of anticorrosion.
4, this machine is not equipped with the pre-roller device and can improve the quality of tablet.
