Description:
ZP31D rotary tablet press is double-press, continuous automatic tablet press for pressing granular raw materials into tablets. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical industry as well as chemical, food, electronic industries.
- Produce all kinds of round tablets and irregular tablets.
- Fitted with transparent glass doors and windows, the state of pressing can be observed clearly, The side panels can be opened entirely for easy internal cleaning and maintenance. The external casing is in totally closed-form in stainless steel. Stainless steel internal table is available to maintain the surface gloss, prevent cross-contamination and to meet GMP requirements.
- The lay-out of all the controllers and the operate parts is reasonable.
- The electric VVVF speed control device is used for easy and stable operation as well as safety and accuracy consideration.
- An overload protection unit is included in the system to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
- It is mechanical and electrical integration.
- Closed in a square oil tank under the bottom of the machine body, the driven system is completely isolated to avoid oil contamination. Submerged into the oil tank, the system is easy to cool and wear resistant.
- Dust collector is installed to remove dust automatically.
- Easy to wear parts of the machine, such as top rail, feed, and hopper, worm drive, etc. has interchangeable structure with old ZP33-based products, conducive for standardization, universal application and serialization. Punch dies are interchangeable with ZP17,ZP27,ZP33D tablet press .
